Our T.S.S. Support Program is based on the type of equipment you would like us to support. Our experience allows us to determine a fixed monthly price to give you the piece of mind that your equipment will be kept in good working order. You simply make regular monthly payments and we take care of everything else. The T.S.S. program includes Labor, Parts, Toner, Developer, and Drum.

Cost Per Copy Program (C.P.C.)
Our C.P.C. Support Program is based entirely on the number of copies your machine produces. Often a preferred starting point to determining the level of support a particular machine might require in a given environment. You simply let us know how many copies your machine has recorded and we take care of everything else including Labor, Parts, Toner, Developer, and Drum.

Our A.S.A. Support Program is also based on the type of

repair costs only. Again, our experience allows us to determine
a fixed monthly cost for this level of support.
